Case studies specify risk and possible loss and damages being caused by ocean acidification. Authors argue that there is urgent need to stop ocean acidification as soon as possible. Curbing CO2-emissions by fast and agressive mitigation policies is crucial. The book has resulted from the BIOACID research project being performed at Christian Albrechts University Kiel.
