The O Quilombismo Handbook is an indispensable companion to the eponymous exhibition. Two introductory essays provide context for the philosophy of quilombismo and the conceptual framework of the exhibition. Additionally the handbook includes information about the related events, cultural education offerings, and the extensive opening weekend programme for Acts of Opening Again: A Choreography of Conviviality, which takes place in conjunction with the opening of the exhibition at HKW from 2–4 June 2023.
