This work presents computational concepts to estimate the impact of drug exposure on the cellular biochemistry that are ultimately driving drug-induced toxicities. Thus, contributing to our mechanistic understanding of the underlying processes and may allow the identification of biomarkers that indicate drug efficacy and toxicity in the future.
